Tanks

  • Taunt swap after each cast of Crush.
  • Crush increases all physical damage taken by 100% for 25 seconds.
  • Opalfang and Embar Firepath should always be tanked by separate tanks, so taunt swap at the same time.

Healers

DPS

  • This is a 4 target cleave fight.
  • Use Heroism/Bloodlust at the beginning of the fight.

The Fight

Tank the bosses on one end of the area and have the range stand out of the middle to ensure no Earthen Pillars spawn in the way. All four bosses can be tanked together, just make sure the tanks are slightly spread and facing the bosses away from the group due to their frontal cleave abilities.
Earthen Pillars will target random players and erupt after a few seconds, try to make sure one of these spawns near melee and most are grouped together. This makes it easier for melee to deal with Conductive Mark, and for players to destroy them when they are targeted with Meteor Axe. Keep in mind these pillars pulse raid damage for each one active, which can quickly overwhelm the healers. Also more pillars spawn before every Conductive Mark, so don’t be afraid to destroy them all when possible.
Two players will be marked with Meteor Axes, which after a few seconds will strike. These players need to move near to the Earthen Pillars and the group needs to stand inside their soaks to split the damage. Under no circumstances should people stand inside both soaks at once, as this will kill them. the circles can slightly overlap so long as players don’t stand inside the overlapping section.
Players will also be marked with Conductive Mark throughout the fight. This is a simple mechanic that can get very messy if players are not spread out enough. This is due to Conductive Marks ability to jump to new players and refreshing both copies of itself. For this reason, players should avoid standing near the Earthen Pillars, and when players get marked, running towards the pillars while avoiding anyone else. Standing near the pillar will remove the debuff entirely.
The last interaction in this fight is with Primal Blizzard which is a channel that causes the raid to gain stacks of a debuff. If the debuff reaches 10 stacks the player will be frozen and need freeing by damaging the ice they are stuck inside. This can be avoided by standing in the Scorched Ground left behind by the Meteor Axes. Standing in this will cause it to shrink and disappear completely when enough people have stood in it, so players should only stand in it for a second when they reach 7-8 stacks of Primal Blizzard. doing so once will keep the player from being frozen and leave them with a few stacks of Primal Blizzard which also reduces the fire damage they take for a few seconds.
The fight is just a cycle of all these mechanics that are deal with in a sequence. Just remember all 4 bosses need to die within 20 seconds of each other, or they will revive and likely cause a wipe. Try to cleave them down equally, switching targets if one of their health becomes too low.

Glossary

Crush

Opalfang crushes her main target dealing massive physical damage and increasing the physical damage received by the target by 100% for 25 seconds. This effect stacks.

Primal Blizzard

When Kadros reaches 100 energy, he channels a blizzard for 10 seconds. This causes light damage every second and applies a debuff increasing frost damage received by 10% and reducing fire damage received by 10% for 15 seconds. This effect stacks and Scorched Ground removes the stacks. If a player reaches 10 stacks, they become trapped in a Frost Tomb.

Scorched Ground

Embar‘s Meteor Axe scorches the ground causing fire damage to any player standing on it. Standing on this also dispels stacks of Primal Blizzard.

Frost Tomb

If a player reaches 10 stacks of Primal Blizzard they become trapped in ice. They take light damage every second until the ice block is killed.

Frost Spike

A single target ice bolt cast at a random player.

Meteor Axe

Two axes fly into two players dealing deadly damage split by all players within each soak. The damage taken from Meteor Axe is increased by 300% for 15 seconds. This leaves behind Scorched Ground.

Slashing Blaze

When Embar reaches 100 energy her attacks cleave players for heavy fire damage and a DoT for moderate fire damage every 1.5 seconds for 15 seconds to anyone in front of her. This effect stacks.

Scorched Ground

A puddle left behind by Meteor Axe that deals heavy damage every 2 seconds. Players with the Primal Blizzard debuff can stand on this to remove them, shrinking the puddle.

Conductive Mark

Players are marked with a lightning circle that deals moderate damage every second for 5 seconds. Each time it deals damage it increases the damage it deals by 10%. This effect stacks. If another player runs into the circle, they will receive a fresh copy of Conductive Mark. Standing near a Earthen Pillar will remove this effect.

Lightning Bolt

Dathea hurls lightning at a random player dealing moderate damage.

Chain Lightning

Players are hit with chain lightning that bounces from one player to the closest player.

Earthen Pillar

Rocks erupt from the group near several players that deal heavy damage to anyone hit and knocking them back. These pulse damage to the raid until destroyed. Meteor Axe will destroy the pillars if they land near them.
